PRO SERIES EXAMS

The EBPHI PRO Series Deck Exam will assess your knowledge of best practices for the inspection and construction of wood decks. The exam is based on a document from the American Wood Council titled DCA-6, which is sourced from the 2015 International Residential Code.

As an accredited producer of examinations, EBPHI’s subject matter experts have created a rotating list of questions to challenge experienced inspectors and builders alike.

EBPHI’s PRO Series Deck Exam contains 30 questions and is an open-book exam. Referencing the DCA-6 during the exam is allowed; however, the exam is structured to assess your current knowledge and is timed at 45 minutes, so you are likely to be more successful by studying for the exam in advance.

Upon passing the PRO Series Deck Exam, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing your verifiable digital badge to use on your website and other media to showcase your knowledge in this specialty area.
